Sunny 16 Rule

Explain in your own words why you should learn the Sunny 16 rule
I should learn the Sunny 16 rule because it would help by making my photos better and not having to go throw all the ISO or F-stops to get a good photo.

What is the ISO setting you should start with when using the Sunny16 rule.
The ISO should be set to 100

How many stops brighter is a room if you start with one light bulb and then add another?

Using the "Standard full-stop f-number scale" what aperture settings represent a full stop worth of light?
